Originally a 100-year-old warehouse with sawtooth clerestories, this project transforms an industrial facility into a vibrant market. Extending the loading dock, we created an elevated courtyard for dining, beer halls, and play. Preserving its raw beauty, it’s now a hub for food, shopping, and connection.
